This guy is truly amazing in every way. Whether you are a fi rst-
time horse owner or an ole’ hand, you won’t be disappointed
in this big beautiful gelding. We have used him for gathering,
penning, sorting, pasture roping, riding lessons, riding grandbabies,
parades, and summer cowboy camps. He has also been ridden thousands
of trail miles and he hauls, loads hobbles, pickets, and will stay put behind a
hot wire. On top of being a great all-around using horse, he also has a very
competitive side to him. He is a top-notch heading horse that can be used by
a beginner roper or would also work all the way up to a pro. You can also heel on him, pick up broncs, drag rodeo
bulls and he has even been used by Mark to outride in several chuckwagon races. He’s smooth, fast, correct in conformation and an absolute gentleman
in regard to ground manners. He is great for his owners, the vet, the farrier, the equine chiropractor, too. Whether you keep him stalled up or turn him
out in the winter, he is not one to get fresh. He never shucks work and is ready to go and meets you at the gate. Come try him at our ranch before the

13 BUCKEYE’S DEJA BLUE II

Buckeye’s Deja Blue is an IDSH registered 2016, 15.3 hand, Blue Roan and
white gelding. This guy is one unique all-around horse for the entire family.
He is very well trained to ride, and drive. Anyone can ride him as he is easy
to get to walk, trot, and canter. If you are new to driving, that’s ok as he will
take care of you. He has three comfortable gaits and can be ridden English
or western. He has a great neck rein or direct rein or even no rein as he is
just that versatile of a horse. We have roped off of him and ponied other
horses with him. He has been our steady go-to mount for anyone to ride as
we know that we can always count on him to take care of his rider. He has
been on miles and miles of trail rides and go out alone or with a group. He
is not a spooky horse no matter where you take him. He will cross water
and go over bridges and through traffi c. He has been kept in a stall or out
in the pasture with a mixed herd and never has any bad habits. Deja has
awesome ground manners and loves to have attention. He does not need
to be kept in a program to stay the same.
