TRR PEPTOLENO “Pepsi” is the best all-around horse I’ve ever
owned!! Whether I want to back in the box at the World Series
Finale in Las Vegas or brand calves on the ranch, Pepsi is my
horse of choice every time. I cannot fi nd a horse that is better
suited to let anyone ride and not have a worry in the world. We turn kids
loose on Pepsi and they absolutely love him. He grabs attention anywhere
we take him. Pepsi scores great, can really run, has a great move and can
face as fast as any horse around. I have won $50,000+ on Pepsi between
the World Series ropings and every other jackpot I can get to! I have
hauled him to the World Series Finale and to the USTRC Finals. Last winter
in Arizona I won money on him in every arena in the vicinity of Wicken-
burg. We have used Pepsi from pro rodeos down to number 9 ropings. He
hands down scores better than any horse I’ve ever rode. He is extremely
quiet and never gets wound up no matter how many steers we run on him.
Pepsi has been showed in the RHAA. We have also hauled Pepsi to nu-
merous ranch rodeos. We have even let a Hollywood Film crew take Pepsi
for a test drive. The crew members had never even been around a horse
before. It is safe to say that Pepsi is gentle for anyone to ride. This horse
is a Cadillac to ride outside on the ranch or if you want to trail ride with a
group of friends. He will ride and slide and walk off with a loose rein every
time. You will not be able to fi nd a head horse that is more broke no matter
how hard you look for one. The coolest part is if you never turn a steer on
him again and just want to have a pleasure horse Pepsi is the one you will
want. He has worked for a living and wants to do nothing more than please
you. Pepsi was bred and raised on the world-renowned Tongue River
Ranch located in Dumont, TX. Pepsi is by Pepcid who the sire of cutting,
reining and ranch horse money-earners including Tongue River Ranch
Bred TRR MR GUNFIGHTER (RHAA WRCA Amarillo Ranch Hand Winner),
and TRR MS STRAIGHT BOON (SHOT year-end All-around Novice Leader).
Pepcid’s dam BRAZOS LYNX was an NCHA Non-Pro breeders fi nalist and
has also produced a AQHYA Reserve World Champion. Pepsi’s dam is
TRR Whiskey Sue who is an own daughter of Peptos Stylish Sue. Peptos
Stylish Sue is the 2008 NCHA Open Derby Champion and earner of more
than $223,000. Look for him on Facebook and Instagram! @Wilsoncattle.
