Dream Horse Deluxe and one that is sure to get you noticed!
Candle is a gorgeous chestnut, rabicano mare with four white
legs. She is cute as a button and comes with all the bells and
whistles a person could want or need. She is the perfect size
for both adults and the little cowpokes too as she stands 14.1 hands tall
and weighs 1050lbs. There is not a mean bone in her body, she is an absolute sweetheart who loves
attention and her job. Candle is safe for any level of rider to go do anything you want to do on horse-
back. She is not only gorgeous and kind, but she is handy as well. She is an NCHA money earner.
She is gritty on a cow and fun and easy enough for a novice or child to try their hand at cutting or
riding in general. Candle is a true all-around horse who can do it all and do it all well! She is soft in
her face, so she bridles up easily and nicely, she works off your legs, so it is easy to maneuver her
and guide her wherever you want to go. She has an easy, natural way of going making her a very
comfortable ride. She is very smooth in her transitions; she will lope right off in both directions in
the correct lead and will do a simple lead change as well. Candle has a big stop and will drag her butt
t
in the ground when asked. She rides in a shank, snaffl e, halter, or a rope around her neck. She works
off a loose rein and can be directed either one or two handed. Her primary mount is our 9-year-old
son. He has shown her successfully in ranch horse versatility events such as ranch pleasure, ranch
cutting, ranch trail and ranch sorting. He has also used her as his main trail mount over the last year.
Candle and Bronson have explored the trails of Minnesota together along with the desert canyons of Arizona. She goes wherever you point her! She is
great with traffi c, water crossings, rocky or rough terrain, bridges, wildlife, loud noises and rides single or double. She does not have an issue being the
leader, in the middle of the pack or bringing up the rear. Candle is great on the trails in a group or on a ride by herself. Our son often goes out on rides
alone with her, she is a gem as she takes the absolute best care of him. Her size and good manners make it easy for the little cowpokes or inexperienced
rider to learn how to halter, tie, pick up feet, groom, saddle, bridle, mount, and dismount. Candle is easy to bathe, is great for the farrier, hauls great,
loads, and unloads easily, she is good in a stall or in a run and is easy to catch. She does not need to be ridden every day or even week, she handles time
off and stays broke. She is the perfect partner for many different riders as she is so versatile. She can be competitive in the arena in multiple events, will
take you through any trails you would like to discover, or she can teach you your love for riding while enjoying life on the back of a horse. She is one of a
kind, there is no doubt the smiles and adventures will be endless with this gem! 100% sound and gentle, for more information please visit our Facebook
