Lazy KT Performance Horses proudly presents this outstanding young
athlete. With his athletic ability, gentle mind, and stunning build, Mick
is the type of horse everyone wants in their barn but isn’t always lucky
enough to fi nd. At 3-years-old, Mick stands 15.1HH, weighs 1100 lbs,
and wears a size 1 shoe. Mick has seen and done more things and
crossed more diverse terrain than most horses do in a lifetime, and he handles it all
with class. He is the go-to horse for any activity on the ranch; dragging calves to the
fi re in the branding trap, doctoring cows out in the sagebrush sea, moving pairs,
and anything else you could ask of him. Mick is sure footed in any terrain, with his
rider’s safety his #1 priority. He crosses rivers, swims in the ocean, goes over any
fallen tree, and climbs up and down even the steepest of cliffs. Tarps, dogs, loud
gunfi re, fl ags, and other scary things don’t phase Mick in the slightest. Mick has
a gentle mind and is friendly for riders of any skill level, from a fi rst time rider to a
world champion trainer. Mick also stands out in the arena. He is a beautiful mover
with a fancy reiner handle and all the buttons that you would expect from a top
quality horse. He is currently being successfully shown in the Stock Horse of Texas
Cow Horse shows in the Reining, Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Trail, and Cow Work events. Mick also has a great start in the Heading, Heeling, and Breakaway roping. He
is ready to be seasoned in the Breakaway roping and has the fundamentals down in the Heading and Heeling to be a top prospect for the Team Roping Futurities next
year. The opportunities are endless with this gelding. He rides great in any set up; a snaffl e bit, bosal, the bridle, or even bridleless! Mick has an outstanding pedigre,
he was born to be a legend. He is by NRHA Hall of Famer and million dollar sire, Whizkey N Diamonds, a diverse sire producing over $1,700,000 in the Reining,
Reined Cow Horse, and Roping pens with this number growing every day. Mick also has an excellent maternal line. His mother, Yurs N Mine, is an NRHA earner
by $12,000,000 sire, Colonels Smoking Gun, out of the incredible Docs Sulena, NRHA earner and producer of over $480,000 in the Reined Cow Horse and Reining
arenas. In addition to being double registered through the AQHA and APHA, Mick is enrolled in the NRHA and NRBC. We have faith that Mick will be one to remember
