The Real Deal progeny have more depth of rib and capacity than most other sires that we
5L THE REAL DEAL 1687-143B have used. We are calving the 2nd set of daughters out of this sire and are really pleased
with the fleshing ability, depth of rib and udder structure. In a drought year and a 35-day breeding period with one cleanup bull per 93 heifers we didn’t have a single open out of Real
Deal’s sire group and none of the 2nd calving Real Deal daughters were open. Data like this helps me to know that these genetics are working in our enviroment.

We found Copenhagen progeny at the U2 ranch in Canada 6 years ago while touring
RED MINBURN COPENHAGEN 3Y through their pastures viewing cattle. His daughters impressed us as to their type and kind
that we like, to a point that every cow we asked Joanne Unger what she was out of it would end up being a Copenhagen daughter. We viewed Copenhagen as an 8-year-old bull and found
him to be very sound and holding his condition. When U2 dispersed, everyone else found the Copenhagen daughters as well and they were one of the highest selling sire groups in a
record setting sale. We are now offering the 2nd set of sons and are calving the first set of daughters and have been very pleased with both.

Fusion 5202 is a bull that the Lelands selected out of our 2016 sale. He has been a good
MLK CRK FUSION 5202 calving ease bull for them and has provided both bulls and heifers that have been well
received by their customers. We have been pleased with the calving ease that he has provided after calving two sets of heifers bred to him but the nugget in these genetics are going to be
the females that he produces. He has numbers that are very attractive to the industry, minus his growth EPDs, yet his growth numbers will allow his daughters to be able to thrive on less
inputs which equates to a better profit margin for the cow/calf producer.
