We used 6013 A.I. on both heifers and cows and then used him naturally on 52 two-year-
RIDGE PROVISION 6013 old heifers where he held his flesh well and had only 3 open cows in his group. By using
this bull hard, we have recorded 204 progeny over the past four years which allows us to
determine his genetic merit within our herd. We have calved three sets of daughters and they fit well in our herd having good feet, udders and mothering ability while bringing in respect-
able calves in the fall.

Vigilante is an A.I. sire that we have used the past four years on heifers and cows. The heif-
5L VIGILANTE 2674-11D ers bred to him calved easy and his progeny were above average for weaning and yearling
ratios. We really like the moderate frame and shape that he puts in his progeny. We are
currently calving the 2nd set of daughters and find that they are moderate and easy fleshing
with good maternal abilities.
