Cleo is a gorgeous 11-year-old, 15.5HH, gray molly with a sweet
personality to complement her good looks. She is super friendly,
loves people and is always easy to catch. Trail is Cleo’s special-
ty, and she has been trail rode and ridden on cattle in Montana,
hunted on in the Salmon River country of Idaho and the Deschutes River Canyon
of Oregon and trail rode in the canyon country of northern Arizona. Cleo has been
hauled quite a bit and will load and haul without issues. She is good and gentle for
the farrier and for clipping and bathing. Cleo is willing and trainable and is always
game for new adventures. She has ponied pack mules and been ridden out alone
and with groups. She is a big, stout molly, capable of carrying a big rider. Cleo
is good around dogs and will cross water, bridges, down trees and rocky terrain
carefully and safely. She is registered ADMS and is out of a Quarter Horse mare
and a mammoth jack. If you want to travel safely down the trail and look good
doing it, Cleo is the mule for you. She is up to date on vaccinations and dental
care, and has had regular hoof care and deworming. She is available for you to
try out before sale time at our ranch in Oregon, and also at Mule Days the week

Looking for a ray of Sunshine? Here she is! Sunny stands 14HH
and weighs 820 pounds. At 10 years old she is the perfect age to
start a new adventure with you! In 2018, Lil Miss Sunshine, won
the halter class at Shelbyville. Awarded for excellent conformation,
bone, head size and overall appearance for the mule breed. Sunshine shows real
talent in arena work. Walk, trot, lope, reining, a beautiful stop, as well as riding
correct, collected and soft. Sunny rides on a loose rein, neck reins, moves off your
leg, stops and backs off your seat. She operates off light cues, with a level headset,
enormous amount of ability and willingness to please. Sunshine will carry a pack
or lead a pack string. She has confidence and enjoys being around people. She
excels using her talent to work a cow, ride a trail, show in the arena or ride across
rough country. Sunshine will lay down on cue, side-step to pick you
up from a block, stump or gate and is safe and reliable. Every mule
from Petersen Mule Co. comes with the option of a free 3-day clinic
at our facility, to ensure a smooth transition to the new owner. As
shown, in our videos, each of our mules have ridden in every kind of
country possible, experienced various obstacles and are desensitized
and exposed to a wild array of situations including our two very
rambunctious dogs. Our mules have each been there and done that.
Lil Miss Sunshine has been carefully chosen for this select sale. She
will cross water, downfall, bridges, drag logs, you can stand on her,
carry a flag, bath, clip, shoe, trailer, hobble, catch, lead and anything
