Chavez has the talent and ability to be an open horse and the kind-
ness and good personality to make a great youth or amateur horse.
He is 14.3 HH, correct in every way, and as awesome to ride as he
is to look at! Chavez is an own son of SUSHI BOSS, earner of over
100 AQHA points and more than $40,000 in the Cowhorse. SUSHI
BOSS is a son of million-dollar NRCHA sire, CD LIGHTS. CD OLENA is an NCHA
open Futurity champion and sire of earners totaling more than $17 million. SHINEY
SUSHI is his grand dam. She is an Open Bridle Champion herself and a daughter
of $4-million sire, SHINING SPARK. The $28-million sire, PEPTOBOONSMAL,
can be found on the bottom side of Chavez’s pedigree. Chavez has been shown
in Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, and Ranch Riding. He has a ton of cow sense and
is also handy in the cow horse and herd work classes. Chavez has begun earning
VRH points and will be shown until sale time. He is nicely started in roping. He is
sensible in the box, runs and rates with ease, and is always a big stopper. Chavez
is a pleasure to be around and great in all of the day-to-day life skills! He is quiet in
the stall and easy to catch in the pasture. He stands tied all day without complaint
and is great to shoe, groom, saddle, lead, and load. He also hauls like a trooper and gets along with other horses. Chavez is the same every day. Let him sit all month or
ride him every day, he will still ride off with ease and be ready for work. Here is the kind that everyone wants! He is a beautiful mover, trained, and ready if you want to
go show! He is sure-footed and capable as a ranch horse. Chavez has been a trustworthy mount for a number of beginner riding lesson students. He can also step up his
game and change leads in a straight line or slide to a stop if an advanced rider asks him to. Here is a horse that is an honor to own, a joy to ride, and the most fun you’ll
