You will be looking a long time for a horse that can do it all like our
Texas Joe Snip. He is a 2012 registered AQHA blue roan that stands
about as stout as they come at 15.2HH and weighing 1500. He is the horse that can handle any task with grace.
He might be stout, but this big guy can move. He is equipped with speed and quickness. Texas Joe Snip is one of
the head horses you dream of. He is automatic and knows his job well. He is by a Hancocks Blue Boy. Blue Boy is
known for passing on all his best qualities to his foals. These include: his temperament, conformation, and beautiful color on to
his foals. Blue Boy has three sons that have exceeded in the AQHA World Show arena. Texas Joe Snip is a horse that is fl ashy,
big, gentle, versatile and can fl at move around. With these qualities you will not go wrong with whatever direction you choose to
take him. Blue, as we call him, has had exposure in World Series ropings and ranch rodeos. Even though Blue is our go-to high-
stakes competition horse, he is also our No. 1 pick for any task that need done on the ranch. We have owned Blue since he was 2
years old. We know that he has a phenomenal start getting real life experience on the ranch, has always has a great temperament and is gentle. Blue has spent many days
doctoring wheat-pasture cattle. Like the gentleman he is, as you’re doctoring he stands there with his head down waiting patiently for you. Blue has gathered many cattle
on big ranches and helped sort cow-calf pairs. Blue is the horse my wife learned to drag calves on. He is easy, fun and makes it a breeze. No matter the terrain you are in,
he knows where his feet are and will take care of his rider. We call him our protector; he knows who is riding him and takes care of his rider. This is why I trusted him to
take care of my wife in rough terrain, the roping arena, and wheat pastures. With Blue’s must-please demeanor, this guy stands out amongst a crowd and truly wants to
please you. He has a spectacular one-handed neck rein, is easy to cue to move off your leg, has a beautiful smooth turn around and an effortless collected stop. He has
exceptional ground manners. Stands still for tacking, grooming, bathing and for the farrier. Blue is your man that will take care of you no matter the circumstance. He just

STARBUCK affectionately known as “Miller” CR YELLA CAT. Miller is
a stunning 2018-model palomino gelding who rides around as nice as he looks.
Standing at 14.2HH amd 1000 lbs. – the perfect size. We have owned Miller since
he was a weanling. Mara fell in love with him and bought him off the mare. This
guy has been there and done that. Miller is a teddy bear in the pasture and a gentleman under
saddle. He is 100% sound and sane – he will ride off with a tight cinch and handle a hard day in
the saddle. He has a good one-handed neck rein and good wither. He will stand solid to mount.
With a beautiful long trot and a rocking-chair canter, he’s a blast to pilot. A good ground-cover-
ing walk, Miller has been used heavily on the ranch and knows a hard day’s work. From roping
and doctoring cattle to bopping around in the arena with my pregnant wife and son, Miller has been our guy. Sure-footed as they come and not to be out run, he is fun to
rope on. He would suit a lower numbered heeler and do well as a breakaway horse. He’s been on plenty of overnight trips. Brand calves all day Friday, hit the trails Satur-
day, and take a relaxing ride down the road on Sunday afternoon. Miller is absolutely beautiful with great conformation and a long blonde mane. He has a small scar on
his right hind leg that happened as a yearling while I was leading him out of the pen. However, you can see on the X-rays that it is entirely cosmetic. We absolutely adore
