Rocky is a 2017 IDSHR gelding. He has some of the prettiest black-
and-white Tobiano markings we have ever seen and is an amazing
horse that was born and raised here on our farm. He has the best
barn manners and very sweet personality. We are proud to present
this amazing boy at a 5-five star rated sale! He is trained to drive in the carriage.
He has been on lots of trail rides and moonlight rides with beginner riders. He is
traffic safe and will cross logs, creeks, bridges, heavy brush and everything else
you might encounter on the trails. He rides English, Western and bareback. He is
very intelligent and knows some tricks – lay down and sit on command, plus he’s
tarp safe and doesn’t mind shooting guns or cracking whips off his back. He is
very well desensitized. He has very nice solid feet. He will ride with and without
shoes and stands great for the farrier, loves bathing and trailers flawlessly. He
loves attention and loves to play with kids. He has been ridden by kids all over
the farm. He will cross any obstacles you would like to challenge. We have ridden
him through heavy traffic around town and he is definitely traffic safe. Rocky has
three very comfortable, collected gaits: walk, trot and canter. He will always get the
correct lead. He has a great work ethic and a lot of endurance. He has also been
ridden a lot English. We have introduced him to some jumps and he absolutely
loves it. With his willing mind he will jump anything. He moves great off the legs. We think he would be an amazing all-around show horse, fox hunter, dressage, jumping,
etc. Here is a great opportunity for you to own a very well-bred draft cross with endurance. He did have a fractured splint bone when he was very young. It was x-rayed
and the vet said it will never cause any issues. It has never bothered him and he is 100% sound. We do have PPE and X-rays on file. Otherwise, he has no vices. Rocky is

mance Champion – also on his papers. Musket has a heart of gold and personality
plus. He absolutely loves his humans and will come across the pasture just to say
howdy and mooch a little attention! He is an adorable little jack of all trades! Ranch
Riding? Absolutely! He has a flat kneed, fancy way of moving. Ranch trail and
ranch reining would also be good choices to enter and compete on with Musket.
Trail Riding? He is fearless! If all you want to do is saddle up and ride with your
friends for the social time – he will keep an eye on the trail and keep you safe
while you visit. If you prefer to ride out alone, Musket will go away from the barn and all the way back again, at the same speed! He is content to go adventuring with his
human. No other horses required. He would be a great choice as a drill team horse – he is comfortable carrying a flag and is easy to steer. Or if your interest is cattle –
Musket is 10-foot tall and bulletproof! He is an authority figure- gathering, sorting and doctoring. If you want to try a little boxing – he will make you look good doing it
and build your confidence, too. He is simply right at home around cattle. He would also be a handy-dandy breakaway horse and is nicely started on the heel side. Besides
being a little buckskin slice of eye candy, he is a bit of a trick pony – lying down and sitting pretty! He is a hambone at heart! He also does the easy things well: Catching,
grooming, leading, loading, hauling, shoeing, tying, mounting – You name it! Musket keeps it easy for you! If you want to ride a safe, fun, push-button little gelding that
