15.3 HH Year Born: 2017
8-year-old john mule with a great temperament. Casino has been
outfitting with hound dogs and packing in and out of the Gila
National Forest. Casino has experience ranching, gathering cattle in
tough terrain. On top of all this, he can sit in the heading box just
right and has been used to break in fresh steers. Casino is a great fit for any rider.
He has always stayed cool and collected in tough situations. You can also ride him
bareback and will fit any novice rider. Really, really nice mule worth taking the time

36 BIG JOHN Grade

John
Bay
15.1 HH Year Born: 2017
Big John is an 8-year-old Bay john mule that stands 15.1 HH and
weighs 1250lbs. He is out of a Two Eyed Jack and Zan Parr Bar
Mare. If you are looking for shape, confirmation, frame, bone and
brains, this is your mule. He has more shape than a Mack truck.
John is definitely one of the go-to mules in our barn. He has been used in every as-
pect of ranch work from sorting, branding, doctoring, and gathering cattle. We use
him every week penning back cattle at the local sale barn. John is laid back and
handles the trails of any terrain like a champ. He has been in parades, Mule shows,
play days, hunting trips. John has been hauled to New Mexico and Colorado on
elk hunting trips where he was ridden and packed. He will pack out game with no
worries. John has also been hog and bear hunted off of all over southern Missouri
and Arkansas. Big John has also made a huge foundation for him in the arena as a
team roping mule. He will step out with a walk, has a soft trot and a hobby horse
lope. We really can’t say enough good things about this mule. At 8 years old he
has already seen so much and still has his whole life ahead of him. Big John is
easy to clip, catch, bathe, stands for the blower, farrier, as well as the vet. Big John
is absolutely suited for most any level of rider.
